This partnership combines Admaren’s digital innovation, cargo lifecycle expertise and rapid product development with Hoppe Marine’s German precision engineering and 75+ years of excellence in marine automation and onboard execution systems

Admaren is a software and animation company creating modern digital systems for the transportation industry.
With a vision for a unified commercial technical ecosystem, Admaren delivers Cargo Centrum, SecureLoad and COEMS across the cargo lifecycle, complemented by advanced engineering animation for freight forwarders and operators.

With more than 75 years of heritage, Hoppe Marine is a global leader in marine systems, ballast automation and onboard control solutions.
Hoppe’s systems operate on floating docks, offshore units, heavy-lift vessels, and various technically demanding assets where reliability and precision are crucial.
Three stages. One continuous system. Zero fragmentation.

Admaren brings a dedicated suite of commercial management tools for cargo enquiry handling and commercial feasibility, developed through years of work with operators in the project cargo and heavy-lift segment
SecureLoad is the digital layer between commercial decisions and onboard execution. It turns approved cargoes into executable stowage plans, verifies stability and compliance, feeds commands to the onboard automation layer and monitors the operation end-to-end.

Hoppe Marine brings 75+ years of marine automation ballast control, pump and valve systems, level monitoring and onboard control platforms ensuring accurate physical execution and live operational feedback. Already trusted across thousands of vessels.
This makes SecureLoad Systems the ultimate joint venture, a collaboration that connects commercial planning, technical verification and real-time operational execution into one continuous maritime system.
Our vision is to build the ultimate solution for cargo planning and execution transforming how the transportation industry plans, verifies and executes cargo operations by harnessing the full practical power of modern technologies.
We envision a world where cargo decisions are made within a single, continuous technical system. A world where providing cargo details and a list of candidate vessels is all it takes for the system to determine whether the cargo can be transported, how it should be planned and how it will be executed and monitored throughout the operation.
In this future, planning, verification, execution and monitoring are no longer isolated steps or fragmented tools. They become one uninterrupted workflow ensuring that every cargo decision is physically feasible, technically compliant, and operationally executable by design.
Our mission is to create a single technical foundation for cargo operations by developing each vessel’s physics based models once, maintaining them in a unified system and using them to power every computation from planning to execution. Enabled by our cloud–vessel architecture and integrated optimization algorithms, we eliminate repetitive work, ensure technical alignment and make optimal decisions available at a click.
Above all, our mission is to empower people with a system that enforces physical reality, operational discipline and clarity so every cargo movement is safe, practical and confidently executed.

Admaren Tech Private Limited Founded
Admaren Tech Private Limited incorporated, with early R&D focused on developing a stability solver as a computational backend alongside other engineering work.

Nikhil Mathew is the Chief Executive Officer of SecureLoad Systems Pvt. Ltd. and a Naval Architect who has built his perspective by moving deliberately across technology, operations and commercial shipping. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and specialised in Naval Architecture through the Indian Maritime University and the EMShip program in Europe.
His early professional years were spent as part of the Hoppe Marine team in Germany. During this time, he worked on vessel systems, ballast engineering, anti-roll tanks, computational fluid dynamics, seakeeping and high-performance computing. This phase also introduced him to cloud infrastructure and distributed systems, shaping an early conviction that maritime engineering tools could be built differently and that cloud-based systems had a natural role to play in shipping.
Motivated by this belief, he co-founded Admaren Tech Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 with his EMShip colleague Binoy Pilakkat, with the intent of developing modern solutions for the maritime sector. Around the same time, his work expanded into cargo and heavy transport engineering, where he gained hands-on exposure through real lifting operations, load-outs and participation in live voyages. Experiencing these operations firsthand revealed the practical gaps between engineering plans and execution on the ground.
As Admaren began developing solutions for commercial shipping, his understanding broadened further. Working closely with chartering, operations and engineering teams provided the missing commercial context, offering insight into how data flows within shipping organizations and how commercial decisions are made by balancing technical feasibility, vessel availability, routing and operational constraints. This was the point at which the complete picture of cargo transportation came together.
That combined technical, operational and commercial insight ultimately shaped the vision behind SecureLoad. SecureLoad reflects Nikhil’s focus on building solutions that connect ship and shore, engineering and commerce, ensuring cargo plans are not only compliant, but executable in real operations.
Mr. Binoy Pilakkat is the Chief Technology Officer of SecureLoad Systems Pvt. Ltd. and a Naval Architect who is known for translating hard engineering problems into clear, dependable software systems. His work is rooted in a belief that maritime operations can be made safer and more efficient when calculations, geometry and operational steps are brought together into one coherent digital workflow. He focuses on building technology that is rigorous enough for engineering scrutiny and practical enough to support real decisions on board and ashore.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from Cochin University of Science and Technology and later completed the European EMShip master’s program. This combination shaped both his technical depth in naval architecture and his approach to solving problems through structured modelling, computation and well-designed engineering tools.
His early professional years were spent in defense ship design, where accuracy, traceability and disciplined engineering workflows are essential. During this period, he developed strong production-oriented experience with ship CAD and CAM environments and gained deep familiarity with vessel geometry and how design data must behave when it moves from drawings to analysis and execution. That foundation continues to influence his technical style: build systems that remain reliable under real operational constraints and real-world data variability.
In 2018, Mr. Pilakkat co-founded Admaren Tech Pvt. Ltd. with Nikhil Mathew. As Managing Director, he led the company’s technology strategy and established its CAD and animation capability, extending his vessel-geometry expertise into computer graphics, simulation and advanced visualization. Under his technical direction, this capability evolved into a mature engineering function delivering simulation and visualization services for leading maritime organisations, helping teams communicate complex plans, de-risk operations and align engineering intent with execution.
At SecureLoad, Mr. Pilakkat leads R&D and the core technical architecture of the product suite. His work includes the development of the hydrostatic solver engine and the ballast optimisation solver that form the backbone of stability and operational planning workflows. He is responsible for ensuring the platform’s calculations are dependable, the workflows are usable by operators and the system can evolve without compromising engineering integrity. His current focus is pushing SecureLoad further into AI-assisted planning and next-generation stowage solutions, enabling faster feasibility checks, smarter planning support and a more continuous ship–shore engineering workflow that reduces rework and operational uncertainty.
